AlpacaKeep is used daily on a working alpaca farm before it opens to everyone else. We prefer to find the rough edges in our own barn, not in yours.

Common questions
When will AlpacaKeep open to new sign-ups?
When we're confident every core flow has been used in a real barn for long enough that nothing surprising remains. We won't put a date on it because we'd rather not promise a date we might miss. The newsletter is how we'll tell you. Until then you can join the private beta: ask for an invite with the "Get early access" form on this page.
Will the Free tier really stay free?
Yes. The Free tier covering 10 animals and 2 users is part of the product, not a promo. We will never demand payment for records you already entered.
What about the records I have today?
The importer is already built and free on every plan. Animals, weights, shearings and lab reports come across today, with vaccinations and treatments next. Your first migration is on us, whatever plan you choose. In the meantime your existing files stay where they are. Keep them open in parallel as long as you need.
Where is my data stored?
On EU servers, under GDPR rules. Right to erasure is part of the product. You can export everything as CSV at any time. Leaving is as easy as arriving.

Use "Log in" at the top of every page. If you have an invite code but no account yet, enter it under "Already have an invite code?" on this page.
Can I try AlpacaKeep now?
Yes. We run a private beta on working alpaca farms and let new farms in a few at a time. Tell us about your herd with the Get early access form on this page and we'll reply within a few days. During the beta every farm uses all the features for free.
