2. Status of activity
Alpacakeep is currently in pre-launch beta testing with a single family farm in South Tyrol. No commercial activity is currently being carried out: there are no paid customers and no revenue is generated.
Operations are conducted as a personal project of the operator and do not yet meet the requirements of habitual commercial activity ('abitualità') under Italian Presidential Decree 633/1972. A VAT number (P.IVA) under Article 35 of the same decree, and corresponding business registration, will be obtained before paid plans go live.
3. Hosting and infrastructure
The site and service rely on the following infrastructure providers, each acting as a sub-processor under GDPR Art. 28:
- Vercel Inc. - Web hosting and CDN. Edge functions pinned to Frankfurt (fra1). Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are also enabled in cookieless mode (no device storage; see Privacy policy §12).
- Supabase Inc. - Database, authentication, and file storage. Region: Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
- Cloudflare Inc. - DNS resolution for alpacakeep.com.

All content on this site - text, images, logos, code, design - is © 2026 Devid Demetz, except where otherwise indicated. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. The 'Alpacakeep' name and brand are property of the operator.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any external site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
6. Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by EU Regulation 2024/3228 and is no longer operative. Information obligations under the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG, §36) and Articles 141-bis ff. of the Italian Consumer Code remain in force. Paid plans are not yet active; consumer-arbitration disclosures become contractually relevant once billing goes live. For consumer-related questions write to contact@alpacakeep.com. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
