How the move works
- Step 1
Tell us what you have
Email us. Tell us roughly how many animals you have, and whether Epsilon still runs on your computer or you only have the old files. Either way is fine.
- Step 2
Send us your backup
An Epsilon backup file is all we need. We bring across your family trees, health events, weights, and shearing history, and set it all up for you. The first move is free.
- Step 3
You check it over
We put your herd into a free account and hand you the keys. Have a look around, fix anything that seems off, and only pick a paid plan when you are happy. You can walk away at any point.

- Breeding history, including pregnancies in progress with their due dates

Comfortable with spreadsheets? Once you have an account, you can also upload your own file from Settings, and the app reads your headings as they are.
Questions farmers ask us
What does it cost after the move?
There is a free plan that stays free, for up to 8 animals. Larger herds need a paid plan, starting at €49 a year. The move itself costs nothing either way.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing disappears. Your records stay, you can read and edit them on the free plan, and you can download everything at any time. Only adding more animals past the free limit needs a paid plan.
Who can see my records?
Only you and the people you invite onto your farm. Nothing is public unless you choose to publish an animal's sale page yourself.
How long does the move take?
We will tell you as soon as we see your files, and the work is ours, not yours. Keep using your current system in the meantime; nothing on your side changes until you are ready.
