AlpacaKeep1. The deal
By using Alpacakeep during the beta period you agree to these conditions, in addition to our Terms of Service:
- The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, behaviour may change, pricing may change before public launch.
- Planned downtime is possible at any time. We will give notice when we can; sometimes we won't be able to.
- Bugs are likely. Some will be cosmetic. Some will be irritating. We commit to fixing reported issues quickly when we can reproduce them; we do not commit to fixing them within any particular timeframe.
2. What we promise in return
Beta is a two-way deal. In exchange for your patience:
- Your data stays yours, on EU servers, exportable to JSON at any time.
- We will never charge you for the beta period, even after public launch.
- Whatever you have entered before public launch will remain accessible without payment.
- Feedback shapes the roadmap. Beta-tester input is taken seriously and credited (when you want to be) in release notes.
3. What we will not do
- We will not sell, share, or train models on your farm data.
- We will not bait-and-switch you into a paid tier without warning.
- We will not silently change a feature you depend on without notice.
4. How to leave
Beta participation is voluntary. You can stop using Alpacakeep at any time, export your data via the in-app exporter, and request account deletion via your account settings (or by emailing privacy@alpacakeep.com). Deletion is the standard 30-day cool-off followed by a hard delete; see our Privacy Policy for the full GDPR Art. 17 procedure.
5. When public launch happens
When we open to the general public, beta users transition to the Free tier (or to whichever paid tier they choose) without any data migration step. Your animals, financials, breeding records, photos, documents, and account stay where they are. Pricing locks in at public launch and Free stays free.
