How the move works

Tell us what you have
Email us from the address you use on alpakapro. Tell us roughly how many animals you have, how far back your records go, and what matters most to keep.
- Step 2
We do the heavy lifting
Send us whatever you can get out, in any shape at all. Screenshots, a spreadsheet, even a photo of a printed report. We sort it out and set everything up for you, so you don't lose a single animal's story. The first move is free.
- Step 3
You check it over
We put your herd into a free account and hand you the keys. Have a look around, fix anything that seems off, and only pick a paid plan when you are happy. You can walk away at any point.

They built something real, and we respect that. Farms usually switch for the language, the pricing, or to keep their records in plain files they can open anywhere. If your reason is something else, tell us. We would rather listen than guess.
Questions farmers ask us
What does it cost after the move?
There is a free plan that stays free, for up to 8 animals. Larger herds need a paid plan, starting at €49 a year. The move itself costs nothing either way.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing disappears. Your records stay, you can read and edit them on the free plan, and you can download everything at any time. Only adding more animals past the free limit needs a paid plan.
Who can see my records?
Only you and the people you invite onto your farm. Nothing is public unless you choose to publish an animal's sale page yourself.
How long does the move take?
We will tell you as soon as we see your files, and the work is ours, not yours. Keep using your current system in the meantime; nothing on your side changes until you are ready.
