Enter a show once, then one line for each animal you took. Every result lands on that animal's Shows tab and on its sale page. Shows are free on every plan.
Where to start
Your first show starts from an animal: open it, go to the Records tab and tap Add show result. Once your farm has a result, Shows appears in the menu (on a phone, under More) and Add → Show results starts the next one. A farm that never shows never sees any of this.
Enter a show day
- Shows → New show (or Add result on an animal's Shows tab). Type the Show name. Pick a past show from the suggestions and its venue and organiser fill in for you.
- The show. Set the First day. Add a Last day only for a show over several days. Fill in the Association. More details holds the venue, organiser, address, judge and website.
- Entries. Tap Add animals and tick the animals that went. For one you have sold since, or one that is not in your herd, switch on Include past and reference animals.
- Results. One line per entry. Pick the show type (Halter, Fleece and more), type the class and tap the placing. The … button holds the lower places and Highly commended, Not placed, Withdrawn and Disqualified. Put the number of animals in the class in of. Lines in the same class share it, so you type it once. A fleece line also takes the score out of 100.
- Save results. The bar at the bottom counts along, for example "Results for 7 of 10 entries", so you can see what is still missing.
An animal in two classes, say halter and fleece, gets a second line: open its line and tap Add another entry.
Tip. No results yet? Save the show with just the animals. It shows Results to add until you fill them in.
Set up a show before it happens
You can prepare a show at home, up to a year ahead: set the date, add the animals, their classes and the class size, even a second entry. The show is marked Upcoming and does not count in your season yet. Placings and titles open from the day before the show, so on the day you only tap the results. An upcoming show appears on no public page until it has a result.
Titles, prizes and photos
Tap Title & details on a line to add a Title (Color Champion, Best in Show and the others), the Prize (rosette, sash, trophy and more), a Photo and the Judge's comment. Champion titles stay in English in every language.
Your show calls the title something else, like Beste Stute der Show or Grand Champion White Male? Pick the title at the same level, then type the exact words under Title as printed. They are shown instead of the title's name. Won several titles with one entry, for example Color Champion and then Grand Champion? Tap Add another title for each one: every title gets its own line and counts as a title.
For the photo, upload a new one or pick one of the animal's own photos. It also joins the animal's photos: on the Records tab it sits under From shows, grouped by show.
The show page and the share image
Open a show from Shows to see every result, the judge's comments and the photos. Tap a photo to see it large, then Use as cover to put it on the show's card.
Share results image makes a ready-to-post picture of the day. Download image saves it. If your phone can share files, Share opens its share menu. Nothing is posted for you.
The top of Shows counts the season's shows, titles and placings and lists the Most awarded animals this season. Each animal's Shows tab holds its Show career: its Best result and every show, year by year.
What buyers see
A listed animal's sale page shows its show results and its photos from shows. To keep them private, untick Show competition results when you list the animal. That hides its photos from shows too. You pick the other photos buyers see under Records → Photos → Choose. See your animal's sale page.
Fix or delete a show
To correct a result, open the show, tap Edit, change it and Save results. If someone else saved the same show while you were editing, yours is not saved, but what you typed stays on screen so you can copy it across.
To delete a whole show, open it and tap ⋯ → Delete show. This removes every result of that show and cannot be undone. The photos stay with the animals.
Good to know. Export results (CSV) in the ⋯ menu on Shows downloads every result as a spreadsheet.
